I have upgraded by laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Now I can't get the Windows Authentication to work. I use Windows Authentication with Database (Roles table) for my applications. In the past (on Windows 7) when I run the application with on my laptop, it automatically signs in with the Windows Account Name. Now it does not and prompts me to sign in.

However when I port the Web applications to our production servers running on Windows 2008, the application works fine when I call it from my laptop. It automatically logs in with my Windows account.

It does not do that when I run the application on my Windows 10 development laptop.

Has anyone experienced this?

Re-running the Application Security Wizard under Windows 10 may sort the issue. However, for greater deployment flexibility in external hosting, I would suggest you switch to Database User Table or AD as the case may be.
