I recently noticed that when I make changes to a page, rebuild and run. I do see changes reflected?

For example, I configured a button to redirected to a new page. When rebuild and click the button, I'm still directed to the old page.

Is there something I can or need to clear? this seems to be happening more frequently

Thanks

maybe do a ReBuild All.  Also check your schema.  If you build just that one page, do you get the same result?  You  may need to restart IIS Express if using that.

HTH,

If you've modified the code for the button click, Iron Speed won't overwrite it when you make changes through the designer.

You can click on the "Restore..." button to let Iron Speed update your code (although you'll lose any customization you've done).

Thanks guys, This has been very frustrating and time-consuming. Sometimes I will have to close out the project, reload and launch VS to get simple changes to reflect.

Make sure to save in VS before switching to ISD and back. Easy to lose stuff that’s way. ISD can overwrite your VS changes if not careful!

I've had lot's of issues with IE caching.  When I make changes that don't appear to be working I close out IE and/or check it in another browser.

I've also had VS and ISD open at the same time and forgot to save my changes, then switched over to the other made a change saved/rebuilt and lost all I had done previously.  What a drag...
