Can you post the details of error?
Have you tried debugging your app in VS?

As we explained on your support case this is the old page created in 10.0 and it will have same problem after migration to 10.0.1 unless you re-create it.
Effectively the issue that your page is too large. New 10.0.1 addresses this issue for any new page created so that it limits number of fields to 150. You can add or remove them but initial number is limited. 10.0 did not have such limitation and in certain situation page got created too large to fit in memory.
As we suggested on the support case you may consider using ascx controls if you have to have so many controls on it.

I can't imagine anyone can have 150 fields in one table using RDBMS? Even in Flat file database programming only very few are attempting to come close to it due to the difficulty in fitting all of them in one page.

Perhaps, it's a high time to optimize the power of RDBMS and the ISD as well.

Cheers,

hello,
I do not think it's a good idea to limit the number of fields to 150.
this is not your problem to decide whether a table is well defined and if the number of columns is too big. it is the responsibility of the customer to define the database that best suits them.

You might have misunderstood me. Designer limits number of fields automatically included on the panel when it is created. Of course customer can drag and drop other fields or delete not needed ones.
But we believe it is our responsibility to generate a page without throwing out of memory exception...
