Windows update just killed my license ?
this morning My machine started asking for license nos after doing and update yesterday
I cant seem to log onto licensing server to sort out can somebody send me latest link

I just went to start up my Ironspeed and I'm unable too.  Can't reactivate my license.

Please help :-(

I just had the same problem.  It's asking for a product key, but then verifies against my existing registration and fails.

I can view my product keys here, http://www.ironspeed.com/Support/Customer/MyAccount.aspx.  That link comes up fine for me, but it tells me I'm using that key.

Looks like their Licensing server went down for a bit.

You would have to reactivate your product using the existing key.

I just had ISD tell me that my V11.1.0 license was in use on another machine, and booted me out.
Took me 3 times trying to reactivate it. it appears that the activation server may have crashed.
I finally got my license back. *PHEW*

This makes me very nervous going forward. What happens to all my apps in development/maintenance if something more permanent happens to the activation server?

I can't log into that site to see
has somebody got a twitter account  or a contact for Allan  @fisher1024 and see if he can resolve

Please please , we need to have solution for the users who already purchased Iron Speed license to have something to reactivate ISD without the their server, if something stopped our work it will be big problem for my company, please we need solution for that,  if they have one file will fix that, they have to send to us, just for the users who already payed for that

Hi,

Looks like I'm back in business.

My machine had a windows update, which required a reboot.   Once I rebooted and re-entered the license key I was able to access my Iron Speed once again.

Here's my experience - started just after 5 p.m. EDT today

I was working in ISD v12.2.  I was browsing the image directory of an application and when I went back to try to run the application I received an error saying the licence was lost.  Hadn't touched the project directories at all.

Error message (see picture below) said error loading licence file at C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses.  Uninstalled ISD and re-installed.  Still get the same error.

Uninstalled ISD, deleting the C:\Program Files\Iron Speed/Designer v12.2.0 folder manually again and deleted the C:\Program Data\XHEO INC folder this time.  Rebooted.  Re-installed. Finally worked.

After this, I'm definitely moving up my plans to move off of ISD.

Got both editions working after uninstall reinstall had some fun with xheo licensing on one machine had to delete from program data after uninstall & before reinstall to work

I rebooted again this morning and 12.2 started working.  12.02 didn't until I reentered the product key, not it's working as well.

The application pools needed to be restarted on the activation server machine...
